維修保養需知
顧客必需保留原裝包裝盒、完整保用證、購買產品之正本發票作為提供售後保養服務的唯一正式憑據。
Customers must keep their Product Package, Warranty Card and the original copy of invoice from merchants as the only proof of purchase and present during the repair.
維修保養程序
1. 於本頁面選擇需要維修保養的產品品牌。
2. 按指示嘗試排除故障。若問題未能解決,選「取得支援 Get Support」並填妥表格。
3. 專人將於5個工作天內與閣下跟進維修保養事宜。
